Corporate Governance
The Company is committed to achieving high standards of corporate governance.
The Board of Directors’ primary role is to provide leadership to the Group, to set the Group’s long-term strategic objectives and to develop robust corporate governance and risk management practices. Certain responsibilities are delegated to the Remuneration Committee, Audit Committee and Nomination Committee and details of the terms of reference of these Board Committees are set out below
